Le Polonia Hotel & Convention Medan

This hotel is situated in a great location near to the business center and quite close to the city center. the beds were soft and cozy while the bathroom was clean. the staff was friendly and helpful in giving advice about the city. the breakfast was better than expected with various local and international varieties. the gymnasium, conference room, dining, and entertainment were splendid facilities.

There was a lack of response and organization before check-in which led to an inconvenient wait.

Had an amazing Easter weekend at a hotel located right in the heart of bustling city life. The hotel's proximity to popular tourist spots and dining options was a definite plus. The breakfast offered both local and international dishes, which was a great way to start our day. The staff was also incredibly attentive and polite, making sure that all our needs were met.

The hotel didn't respond to our request for an airport pick-up, and we had to wait until check-in time despite arriving earlier. our room didn't look like the ones advertised online and felt a bit outdated.

The cleanliness was excellent, and the staff was friendly. The hotel facilities, especially the swimming pool and satellite TV, were enjoyable. the breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The location near to the city center and the fact that it is close to the business center and shopping mall made it very convenient for us. The room amenities were exceptional, with a comfortable bed, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The staff provided excellent service and were always willing to help. The hotel also had a variety of facilities such as a spa & wellness center, outdoor swimming pool, and a massage service. this venue exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend it to families.

I had a terrible experience trying to check-in as the front desk staff gave me a hard time arriving earlier than the check-in time. the staff did not provide assistance and were dismissive.
